Throughout my life, I’ve always felt a connection to birds… their songs, their nature, and their flight. They’ve flitted their way into my music, showing up at least once on every album. As I picked up painting again, I was naturally drawn to birdhouses, a quaint pretend-home for these magical little things. A way of saying thank you for their inspiration, and to share the colors they’ve sprinkled my world with.
